What does Premium Support cover?

Our Premium Support Partner, gizmo, provides help in a whole range of areas that are beyond the resources of our complimentary Technical Support services. These include:

  • Home/SME network support
    up to a 5 computer maximum (excludes servers).
  • Installing and troubleshooting
    for home networks, software, hardware upgrades, and viruses.
  • Installing and supporting network devices
    such as ADSL modems, cable modems, routers, hubs, switches and Home Networking.
  • Connecting other devices
    such as digital music players, cameras, gaming consoles, PDAs, etc.
  • Help with software
    including Outlook, Internet Explorer, FireFox, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iTunes, Windows Media Player, Antivirus and Antispyware.

And, just so you know...

Key areas that AREN'T supported include:

  • Telstra phone and cable networks outside your home.
  • Windows before XP and any Mac OS
  • Installing, connecting or troubleshooting devices that don't connect to a computer.
  • Corporate network devices and phone systems.
  • Mac (excluding connecting Macs to a network), MYOB, high-end imaging or publishing, beta and unlicensed software.
