How Premium Support works

Premium Support on the phone

You'd be surprised how many issues our Premium Support Partner, gizmo, can talk you through over the phone - and normally in just a few minutes.

So the easy way to get help is to just phone 1800 009 243 and ask about the service that is right for you.

If you want to go ahead with a phone support service, gizmo will arrange a convenient time to call you back to work through the issue thoroughly with you.

An expert gizmotech will take you through the problem one step at a time, identifying the cause and helping you to resolve it.

Premium Support at home

If you don't have the time or technical confidence to tackle an issue over the phone, you can request Premium Support In Home service.

Just call 1800 009 243 to arrange an appointment. As long as there is a gizmotech in your area, they'll come out at a convenient time and take care of the problem for you.

Premium Support In-Home appointments are only for problems within the Premium Support scope and must be outside the network boundary, i.e. in your premises. Faults related to your access method are subject to standard Telstra processes and response times.

(Please note that gizmo is still building up to providing Australia-wide In Home Support. In the meantime, they'll do their utmost to resolve any issues over the phone if you're outside the service areas.)
