What does Premium Support cost?

Our Premium Support Partner, gizmo, has flat fees for all its services, and they will bill you directly. gizmo will always give you a quote before they start work on a problem, so there'll never be any surprises.

Premium Support In-Home appointments are only for problems within the Premium Support scope.

And remember, there's a 'no fix, no fee' guarantee1 - so you won't be charged a cent until your computer issue is resolved.
