A BigPond Group Account is great for small and medium businesses requiring a more efficient, less time-consuming way to monitor and manage staff internet usage for all BigPond internet services.

A single online login, accessible from the My Account section of the BigPond website, enables the Group Administrator to easily create and manage multiple staff internet access and email accounts.
Business customers who sign up for a BigPond Group Account also benefit from having their business account’s internet activity consolidated on one bill.

Features include:

  • One detailed Statement of Usage is sent to the Group Administrator (rather than requesting these from each account holder or having to check emails from multiple mailboxes).
  • The Group Administrator is able to receive key system messages, such as usage threshold notifications, for all accounts managed.
  • The Group Administrator can set permissions for Group Member access to value added services and content billed by BigPond.
