System Requirements

An active BigPond Broadband Broadband Cable and ADSL username and password. Aside from the existing Cable and ADSL system requirements, for Dial-Up for Broadband, you need an Australian Communications Authority Approved PSTN/ISDN modem.

For roaming in Australia, configure your PSTN/ISDN modem to access the Telstra BigPond Dial-Up Network on 0198 308 888 using your fully qualified username, ie user@bigpond.net.au/password by following the Configuration Guides for your operating system listed in the Dial-Up for Broadband User Guide.
