Offer terms and conditions

1. Offer available to new BigPond Dial-Up customers (or previous BigPond Dial-Up customers who have not had a BigPond Dial-Up account within the last 12 months) who successfully apply for a new BigPond Dial-Up Single User Plan using offer code 1547.

2. Eligible customers will receive the first month's access for their chosen Dial-Up Single User Plan free. Standard charges apply for excess usage, dial-up telephone charges and other services.

3. The first month starts on the date the customer applies for the Offer.

4. Standard charges apply for monthly access after the first month.

5. Offer is not available in conjunction with BigPond Casual Dial-Up plan, BigPond Business Group and Business Executive LAN Dial-Up plans, BigPond Pre-Paid Dial-Up or BigPond ISDN plans.

6. Offer is not available in conjunction with any other BigPond offer unless otherwise stated.

7. The BigPond service section of Our Customer Terms applies to the BigPond Dial-up Service. Fees may apply for cancellation of the service before the end of your minimum term.
