BigPond's Dial-Up Pre-Paid option is ideal for customers who need the convenience of internet access on an occasional basis and don't want to commit to a fixed recurring fee.

When you become a Dial-Up Pre-Paid Member you get all the benefits of BigPond Membership including a free BigPond email address (20MB mailbox). With Dial-Up Pre-Paid there are no download limits and you can 'top up' your hours online anytime you like, plus there's free online help and 24/7 Technical Support.

Where to buy your Dial-Up Pre-Paid Starter Kit

You can pick up a Pre-Paid Starter Kit from your nearest Telstra Shop, or one of our retail partners including Australia Post, Harvey Norman, Dick Smith Electronics, Kmart, Tandy, Officeworks and Retravision. (Some stores may not stock all Kits.)

Getting started with BigPond Pre-Paid is easy. Your Kit contains everything you need to get you connected fast including an easy to follow step-by-step CD-ROM.

All you need is a Dial-Up modem. You should also check that your computer meets our Dial-Up Minimum System Requirements.

Topping up your hours

Once you've set up your account, you can add more hours with a Top-Up Voucher, available from Telstra Shops or a BigPond retail partner. For even better value you can simply top-up online with your credit card and receive free bonus hours!

You can top-up online or register your Top-Up Voucher by selecting the Top-Up option within My BigPond.

Note:

• Only one login at a time is permitted
• Users will be disconnected after 1 hour of idle time
• Unused hours are forfeited after the 'valid for' period expires
• Pre-paid accounts with no remaining credit will lapse if not topped-up within 90 days
• No other offers can be used in conjunction with pre-paid access, unless otherwise stated
• The BigPond service section of Our Customer Terms applies.
