Dial-Up Business Group Plans are great for small to medium businesses, especially those with staff who frequently travel or work from home and only require dial-up access. BigPond makes managing your account easy with a single internet bill. You nominate an administrator, who can create and cancel staff internet access and email as required.

We offer two types of plans: hourly-based for businesses with larger teams, and volume-based for businesses needing constant internet access.

The plans below are based on megabyte usage, not hours. Each plan includes four Static IP addresses, with dial-up access via a separate LAN Gateway number.

1. Unused hours or usage allowances will be forfeited at the end of each month. Continuous connection and idle time-out limits apply: 24 hour continuous connection, 1 hour idle time disconnect.
2. Service and local/ISDN call costs apply separately.
* All Dial-Up Business Group plans are accessible via a PSTN line for the cost of a local call from most fixed phones Australia-wide, or up to 128kbps ISDN for the cost of a normal ISDN data call on each ISDN line. Service and local/ISDN call costs apply separately. A maximum of 2 simultaneous logins per user are permitted on an ISDN service, one per 64 kbps channel. A download speed of up to 128 kbps is achievable when a customer uses both of their ISDN channels for internet access. Actual speeds may be slower and vary due to many factors including the capacity and popularity of websites and computer configuration.
