If you decide to cancel your service early, you will be liable for a cancellation fee of a maximum of $360, pro rated for the months remaining in your minimum term.
For example, a customer who wants to cancel 9 months into a 12 month minimum term may have to pay a cancellation fee of $360 x 3/12 (the number of months left to run in the minimum term divided by 12 months) = $90.00.
Reconnection
If you choose to reconnect your BigPond Wireless service after it has been temporarily disconnected for non-payment, we may charge you a reconnection fee. The fee varies depending on whether you receive a BigPond bill or a Telstra Single Bill. If you receive a standalone BigPond bill, the reconnection fee is $40.
