To be eligible for the offer, you must have a Unique Identification Number (UIN) and provide it to Telstra at the time of sign up. The UIN was provided to you by Medicare Australia.

We realise that each business has its own special requirements and we offer two Professional Installation options to ensure you are able to get up and running as quickly as possible with the minimum impact to your business.
With both installation options, you will be provided with a 4 Port ADSL Home Wi-Fi Modem.
According to your needs, you can choose one of the following professional installation methods:
Standard Professional Installation is recommended if you do not run a network.
If you choose our Standard Professional Installation option, a Telstra technician will arrange an appointment with you to install and connect the ADSL service at your premises. The technician will only install the service on one PC. The security services included in your bundle are to be installed by you after the installation of the service.
Please note that if the technician considers the installation to be non-standard, i.e. in a difficult location or terrain, there are dwelling unit obstacles involved or third party assistance, such as a qualified electrician or plumber, is required, you will be responsible for any additional costs.
Enhanced Professional Installation is recommended if you run a network. Your 4 Port ADSL Home Wi-Fi Modem will be sent to you directly and our technician will contact you to arrange an appointment to install. Please do not install yourself. The technician will connect the new 4 Port ADSL Home Wi-Fi Modem to your existing network via an Ethernet port, and will enable the modem's built-in firewall.
The technician will order the static IP address, and will activate the other security services that are part of the offer: 1 BigPond Personal Firewall, 1 BigPond Email Anti-Spam, 1 BigPond Desktop Anti-Virus, 1 BigPond Email Anti-Virus.
The technician will ensure that up to 4 networked PCs have access to the modem. Please note that the technician cannot set up a network, install cabling or activate other services that are not included in this offer.
